It is important that your Realtor not only communicate with the You; but that they commit to communicate with Potential Buyers, other Brokers, the Title Company & Escrow Officers, Inspectors, and other interested parties. We are committed to providing great communication with our clients and the other parties involved in their transaction.
We Pledge To:
- be available for calls, texts, and emails 12PM (noon)-6PM Mondays through Saturdays. While we may still be in meetings during this time frame, we will return calls as soon as possible.
- return any missed calls, texts, and emails 9AM-10AM & 1PM-2PM Mondays through Saturdays and 1PM-2PM Sundays. Text & emails are often returned outside of those hours.
- provide feedback within 24 hours after an open house.
- notify you early (and prior to finalization) of the scheduling of private showings if occupied during the marketing phase.
- provide feedback within 48 hours after a private showing (if/when available from Potential Buyers and other Brokers/Agents).
- email you a monthly Market Trend Report during the marketing phase detailing the latest market conditions for your area.
- be in touch with you, Potential Buyers, and other Brokers/Agents outside of and in addition to the time frames above (when required) during the strategic negotiation phase involving a Purchase Agreement and Counter-Offers. We will follow up as often as necessary to assure the negotiated contract is appropriately ratified.
- notify you for Buyer’s Inspection scheduling during the escrow phase (as needed).
- coordinate and attend the signing (with you) at the title company, near the end of the escrow phase.
- email you a Weekly Progress Report with an overview of the week’s activities throughout the marketing, negotiation, and escrow phases of the sale to keep you updated. We will follow up later that week to review any questions you may have.
